  1. Checks what teams they belong to
  2. Creates OneDrive shortcuts to the relevant SharePoint folders
  3. Removes shortcuts when they leave a team

Join the Marketing team on Monday? By Tuesday morning, the Marketing folder appears in your OneDrive.

No training needed. No clicking through SharePoint. No support tickets. It just works.
