What they were dealing with

We built a custom solution that runs invisibly in the background. When staff log in, the system checks their team memberships and creates the right SharePoint shortcuts in OneDrive automatically. Join Marketing on Monday? By Tuesday, the Marketing folder appears. Move departments? Your shortcuts update to match. No popups, no prompts, no user action required. It just works.
