Does M365 back up our data?
No, not in the way you'd want. Microsoft replicates data for availability, but a deleted item past retention is gone. We add a third-party backup layer that keeps everything for years.
What about Teams Phone vs a separate phone system?

Can you sort our SharePoint mess?
Yes, and we usually find clients have been paying for Plan 2 when Plan 1 + Business Premium is enough. We right-size as part of the project.
