What is it?

Conditional Access is a Microsoft 365 security feature that makes access decisions based on multiple factors - not just passwords. Every login attempt is evaluated: Is this a company device? Is the user in the UK or suddenly Russia? Have they completed MFA? Based on answers, access is allowed, requires verification, or is blocked entirely. This is included with Microsoft Business Premium and is core to Zero Trust security.
