Teams Voice integrates directly into Microsoft 365, best if you already live in Teams and want simplicity. Yeastar P Series is more flexible for call queues, auto-attendants and call recording. We help you pick based on how you actually work.
Do we need to buy desk phones?
Most teams don't: the desktop app + a headset works brilliantly. If you want desk phones for reception or shared areas, we source Yealink or Polycom at cost and you own them outright. No 5-year rental nonsense.
Can we keep our existing numbers?
Yes. UK number portability is straightforward; we manage the port with both providers. Numbers usually transfer within 2–3 weeks.
