Microsoft 365 that actually works

Too many Hereford firms have Microsoft 365 that was 'just sort of switched on'. Email runs. Teams is installed. But nobody set up Conditional Access. SharePoint is a dumping ground. Half the team is on the wrong plan. Multi-factor login was promised but never finished. Sound familiar?

Our Microsoft 365 service puts that right. We audit your current tenant, fix the security gaps, trim the wasted licences, and help your team actually use the tools they pay for.

Microsoft 365 plans in plain English

Most small firms pick from three plans. Business Basic gives you web email and Teams. Business Standard adds installed Word, Excel, and Outlook. Business Premium adds the security extras most firms really need - device management, Conditional Access, anti-phishing, and proper data loss rules.

We see two common mistakes in Hereford. Firms paying for Premium and never switching the safety features on. And firms on Standard who'd be much safer on Premium but never got the choice explained. We fix both.

Built for a rural county

Herefordshire is mostly rural and the broadband can be patchy. Microsoft 365 still works well over it, but you need to tune things. We set up Outlook and OneDrive for offline use, so a dropped line doesn't stop the day. We turn down Teams video quality when the link can't handle it. We make sure remote staff get on safely from a farmhouse in the Golden Valley or a unit at Rotherwas.

Where the line really won't cut it, we recommend Starlink or 4G failover through our Internet Connectivity service.

The backup gap

Microsoft 365 does not back itself up. That surprises most people. If someone deletes a folder by mistake, or ransomware locks your files, the built-in tools only stretch so far. We add proper third-party backup as part of our setup.

Local hands when you want them

Most Microsoft 365 work happens remotely. But when you want someone in the room - to train staff, plan a migration, or sit down with the leadership team - our Leominster-based engineer is 15 minutes from the city centre. We don't dial in from a distant office.

For the deeper dive on plans, see our Business Premium page.

Local expertise

Hereford's mix of professional services, agriculture, and defence-adjacent businesses each have different Microsoft 365 needs. We configure the platform for each - whether that's compliance-ready email for solicitors, secure remote access for agricultural businesses, or collaboration tools for growing firms at Skylon Park.
