The Challenge

During the pandemic, the clinic needed to take payments and do admin in the car park. Their existing WiFi didn't reach, and using 4G dongles was unreliable and insecure.

The Fresh Tech Solution

We installed a building-wide Ubiquiti UniFi system with external access points. We created separate VLANs: one for the card terminals (PCI Compliant), one for staff laptops, and a throttled Guest network for clients in the waiting room.

The pandemic forced us to rethink everything. Fresh Tech gave us proper coverage across the whole building - including the car park where we were doing handovers. Now our vets update notes at the bedside and the card machines work everywhere.
