The solution
We deployed a cloud-managed content filter with age-appropriate policies for different year groups. We implemented Microsoft's education monitoring tools to flag concerning searches without creating a surveillance culture. Staff got training on the new reporting dashboard, and we documented everything for the inspection evidence folder.
