The solution
We migrated them to Sage 50cloud with proper SharePoint integration for client documents. Each accountant now has easy access whether in the office or working from home. We implemented a proper backup strategy with immutable copies, so ransomware can't touch their historical data. The old server became a local cache, not a single point of failure.
