The Challenge
A 12-person accountancy practice in the Welsh Marches was running Sage 50 on an ageing server that had become increasingly unreliable. With January Self Assessment deadlines looming, they couldn't afford a repeat of the previous year when the server crashed for two days at the worst possible time.

We migrated them to Sage 50cloud with proper SharePoint integration for client documents. Each accountant now has seamless access whether in the office or working from home. We implemented a proper backup strategy with immutable copies, so ransomware can't touch their historical data. The old server became a local cache, not a single point of failure.
