Microsoft 365 done properly across Worcestershire

The three things we fix most often
First, licences. We see firms on Standard who really need Premium, and firms on Premium who pay for it but never use the extras. We pull a list, match plans to people, and trim what's wasted.
Second, security. We turn on multi-factor login for every account. We set up Conditional Access so logins from odd places get blocked. We add anti-phishing rules to catch the dodgy emails before staff see them.
Third, SharePoint. Most setups we inherit are a mess of nested folders, broken permissions, and shared links nobody can track. We rebuild the structure, fix who can see what, and train staff to use it without thinking.
Teams without the chaos
Teams is a great tool. It's also the thing that drives people mad when nobody set it up. Endless channels nobody reads. Notifications pinging at all hours. Files saved in three different places at once. We set up Teams with proper rules - so it helps your team, not drowns them.
Teams Phone is also worth a look. It can replace your old phone system and cut costs by 30 to 50 per cent for many small firms.
Backup - the bit Microsoft does not do
Microsoft 365 keeps things online. It does not back them up. Delete a folder by mistake, get hit by ransomware, or have a leaver clear out their OneDrive - and the built-in safety net only stretches so far. We add proper backup as part of our service.
