Next comes security. We turn on multi-factor login, set up Conditional Access, and add anti-phishing rules. We split out admin accounts so a single stolen password can't open up the whole tenant.
Then SharePoint. We build a clear folder layout, fix the messy permissions, and train your team to use it without thinking. Files become easy to find. Sharing stops being a mystery.
The thing nobody tells you about Microsoft 365
Microsoft 365 does not back itself up. It keeps things online, which is not the same thing. Delete a folder by mistake, lose files to a ransomware hit, or have a leaver wipe their OneDrive on the way out - the standard tools have real limits. We add proper backup as part of our setup.
Migration from older systems
If you're still on an in-house Exchange server, a GoDaddy mailbox, an old IONOS plan, or Gmail-for-business, we move you across cleanly. We plan the cut-over, copy every email and file, set up security from day one, and train your team on the new tools. Most cut-overs run quietly over a weekend.
