Sam started Fresh Tech in 2014 to bring enterprise IT to local businesses. A scout leader and Labrador owner, he loves solving complex problems and home brewing.

Matt joined the alliance in 2024. With a background in IT since 2009, he's a master of 3D printing and keeps his project Fiat Panda running as smoothly as our servers.

The Origin Story
Fresh Tech began in 2014 when Sam realized that most small businesses were being ignored by big IT firms. They were stuck with slow computers, dangerous security gaps, and unresponsive support.
Starting from a small office in Ludlow with just a laptop and a coffee machine, we have grown into the region's most trusted partner. In 2020, amidst the global pandemic, we pivoted fully to managed services to ensure our clients could survive and thrive remotely.
Fresh Tech Founded
Sam starts the business in Ludlow.

Moved to larger premises to accommodate growing team.

Shifted focus entirely to B2B managed services during the pandemic.
